Customizable flash video
Putting my own political beliefs aside for a moment, I really love this CNNBC video, a clever use of technology to spread a message (but yes, I also happen to love the message). This seems like a terrific viral tool. It includes an easy way to share it with friends, and uses some smart coding to make the video customized for each person you send it to. Plus, it is very funny (and scary). I only hope it’s still funny on November 5th, a week from today.

caleb says:I’m a flash developer, and I’m interested to find out how they did this. I imagine they sync up movie clips with cue points in the FLV file, but it seems really smooth, and I’m not too up on developments in CS3.
Anyone have any ideas?
(And yes, thank god, it is still funny after the election)
